This is a basic staff gate for your team, not bank-grade security — anyone with technical know-how could bypass it in the browser.
Add Staff
Get the entry ID from your form's prefilled link — each "entry.NNNNNNN=" in the URL is one field.
Leave as "Not assigned" to save it without activating it yet.
CSV should have a header row. Recognized columns: Name, Phone, Email, City, Business, Source, SKU, Status, Deal Amount, Amount Received. Only Name and Phone are required — anything else missing just stays blank.
